If you have lost your mobile device, reset the network settings of the ‘ekey uno’ to the default settings.

Place an administrator finger on the sensor until the light ring begins to flash.

Tap the sensor repeatedly until all light segments are turned off in order to reset the network settings.

Tap the sensor repeatedly until all light segments are turned off a second time in order to completely reset the ‘ekey uno’.
This means that the lost device is no longer able to establish a connection to the ‘ekey uno’. Your system is protected against access by unauthorized persons once again.
Now connect your ‘ekey uno’ with another mobile device.
