The ‘ekey uno’ has been found but it is not possible to connect to the fingerprint scanner.

If it is not possible to connect to the fingerprint scanner, there could be a connection problem between your mobile device and the fingerprint scanner.
To start with, rule out the most common causes of this problem:
  • The ‘ekey uno’ has a weak WLAN signal
  • The WLAN password was entered incorrectly
  • Your mobile device is not supported (support from iOS 11.0, Android 7.0)
If you still cannot connect to the ‘ekey uno’, proceed as follows:
  • Restart your mobile device and then reconnect via the ‘ekey uno app’.
