If it is not possible to connect to the fingerprint scanner, there could be a connection problem between your mobile device and the fingerprint scanner.
To start with, rule out the most common causes of this problem:
The ‘ekey uno’ has a weak WLAN signal
- The WLAN password was entered incorrectly
- Your mobile device is not supported (support from iOS 11.0, Android 7.0)
If you still cannot connect to the ‘ekey uno’, proceed as follows:
Restart your mobile device and then reconnect via the ‘ekey uno app’.
If your ‘ekey uno’ still does not respond, contact our support team at https://www.ekey.net/en/support-ticket/.
