If the KEY CARD is lost, the ‘ekey uno fingerprint scanner’ must be sent in. We will reset the device to the default settings and you will receive a new KEY CARD. To do this, contact our support.

Note: The smartphone that was used for the activation always saves the access data of your fingerprint scanner, so you can still connect to the device.
