To start with, rule out the most common causes of this problem:

The app mode on the ‘ekey uno’ is not activated.

The ‘ekey uno’ is outside the range of the WLAN signal.
If the ‘ekey uno’ is still not displayed in the WLAN settings, you have the option of resetting the network settings on the ‘ekey uno’.
